Here is a card I made recently for my niece.
The front of the card is very simple - just a piece of shiny bling cardstock embossed with the Lots of Dots embossing folder. I stamped the greeting (the rubber stamp came from Hobby Lobby and was a gift from my friend Kelly) which said "There is nothing better than to end a bad day covered in dog slobber" and covered "bad day" with another piece of paper with "birthday" written on it. I used decorator Katie Label dies to cut out the greeting and added the milk bone from the Props 4 die set.
Inside the card I had already cut the Happy Birthday pop-up into the patterned paper when I realized that I didn't have enough room for Buster the Dog without obscuring the "B" in birthday. I thought it would be cute to have Buster holding the "B" in his mouth. Buster is wearing the party hat from the Props2 die set. I was able to create Hannah's name from the script Happy Birthday by using two upside-down "y"s for the "n"s.
We just returned from a week on the west coast visiting family in Oregon and Washington so we were able to deliver Hannah's card and gift in person.
If you're interested in any of the dies I used on this card, here are some shopping links.
