I'm Karen Burniston, a pop-up card enthusiast and paper crafter. I design metal craft dies to create pop-up cards and more. Then I fill my blog and YouTube channel with ideas for making your own cards. For fifteen years I licensed my designs to other companies but finally launched my own company, KB Riley LLC, in 2017. If you search the archives of this blog you can go all the way back to the beginning. Back when my twins were little and this blog was a mixture of crafting and personal stories of our lives and adventures.

One of my favorite movies is The Princess Bride and it was a running joke that I would quote a line from the movie at the end of all my blog posts back in 2005. The original name for the blog "I am not left-handed" was a line from that movie.

From "The Princess Bride":

Inigo: I am not left-handed.
