Today I'm sharing a fun way to use the new Anita Frames Pop-up die set with any of the Charms sets in the Pop it Ups line.
The front of my card is very simple - just layered squares of cardstock and paper wrapped in a ribbon to resemble a present. I hung two of the Holiday Charms from the knot in the ribbon. The patterned papers I used on my card are retired designs from Basic Grey that I found in my stash. But of course any patterned paper would work for this type of card.
When the card opens the Anita Frames pop-up is revealed and the other two Holiday Charms hang in the openings. I also used one of the banner dies that comes in the Anita Frames set for added decoration. The greeting is from the new Holiday Clear Stamps, cut out with the decorator labels that come in the Anita Frames set.
Here's a close-up so you can see more detail on the charms. The Candy Cane charm comes as a solid and an overlay, making it very simple to create the stripes. The tree charm features decorative dots around the perimeter and is easily decorated with Glitter Dot ornaments.
The Anita Frames pop-up die will cut solid labels that can be decorated for any theme. When you want to create openings for hanging charms, simply cut the pop-up in the usual manner and then use the largest decorator die over each pop-up label to remove the centers. This will work for any charms, any theme.
