RKQOTD (Me: So it was your first day back - did you sit with your friends at lunch? Karl: Actually, I sat at the least populated table. Me: Oh really? Why's that? Just wanted some room to spread out? Karl: Well the truth is . . . with so many students in the cafeteria, it smells more like B.O. than food! )

Scoreboard Blog Hop - Memo Holder - Explosion Heart Valentine

BUTTON

Today's blog hop features the Scoreboard Memo Holder die by Eileen Hull. This nifty little folio is sized to hold a stack of sticky notes just perfectly, but it's also the perfect little sturdy card to hold a pop-up.

I used the Pop-up Heart die, but only because it has a lovely solid heart on the die. In this case, I wanted a large heart to fold into an explosion heart. I had to do the scoring and folding to create the explosion heart by hand, but I've made up a quick little instruction sheet on it, which you can save and print for reference.

Stampin' Up! Heart Sculpture Tree card

If you have the Stampin' Up! Exclusive O Christmas Tree pop-up die and thought it needed to be stored away with the Christmas decorations . . . think again!

Here's an idea - how about covering the tree with heart die-cuts and making it a heart sculpture? Fun!

The new Stampin' Up! Occasions Mini Catalog was released today, and I got a chance to play with some of the fun new products at Holle's house last weekend. I used the I {Heart} Hearts stamp set and the new Perfect Polka Dots Textured Impressions folder on this card.

An instruction file is available for Stampin' Up! demonstrators and a newsletter went out today with the download instructions. If you are a SU! demonstrator and not already on my mailing list, use the blue button in the left sidebar of this blog to sign up.
